Darci Allen, a proposal and management professional with an active security clearance and 25 years of experience managing the proposal process, has taken on a new role as Senior Proposal Manager, Team Lead at SAIC. Darci is skilled at working with Subject Matter Experts to develop storyboards and detailed outlines and to identify win themes and differentiators, working with writers to articulate them throughout the response. She is also an expert at facilitating proposal reviews and identifying areas for innovation and improvement
