Bethanne Barnes, who brings prior experience advising OMB Senior Leadership and White House Policy Councils on data, evaluation, and evidence-based management policies and initiatives for all federal departments and agencies, has taken on a new role as Director for the Division of Data and Improvement within the ACF Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation.
