Laulima Government Solutions had protested the award of a task order issued to Cherokee Nation Assurance for scientific research support services for the offices of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick. The argument that the Army misevaluated the proposals and made an unreasonable source selection decision has been denied.
