NIH issues sources sought related to National Institute on Aging Information Resource Center

NIH has issued a sources sought seeking information from all Small Business sources capable of providing NIA with an Information support system. “The contract will be designed to ensure that the vitally needed information associated with aging is disseminated to the members of the general public, older adults, caregivers, and to the health care professionals responsible for their care, as well as the aging, Alzheimer’s, and dementia research community. The potential interested Small Business must demonstrate recent experience and capability to perform in fourteen specific areas.”

The anticipated period of performance is five years from date of award (base plus four option years). The estimated time frame for award is May 2019.

This is not a new requirement. A similar requirement entitled The National Institute on Aging (NIA), Information Resource Center is currently awarded to JBS International, Inc.

Responses are due by May 5, 2018.
