DHA appoints Deputy Chief of Medical Device Integration

Faaruwq Muhammad, a former Project Manager at SpinSys, has taken on a new role as the Deputy Chief of Medical Device Integration at the Defense Health Agency. As a Federal Government official, Faaruwq is responsible for serving as the Deputy to the Chief, MDI for DHA. Faaruwq will focus on improving all aspects of Medical Device Integration operations related to internal/external communication, reporting, accountability, and performance through the employment of tangible results-producing measures, policies, and procedures.

Prior roles include:

  • Project Manager – SpinSys
  • Section Chief, Government Civilian – Defense Health Agency
  • Senior Clinical Engineer and Health IT Consultant – Defense Health Agency
