Norbert Howard, Account Management & Operations professional, has taken on a new role as Partner and Director of Operations at 11th Hour Service. In this new role, Norbert will lead the Federal Practice, Client Delivery, Account Development and Operations. Norbert brings expert-level knowledge and capabilities in areas including Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Financial Accounting, Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, Shared Services, Financial Systems Integration, and System Sustainment.
