Duties
- Responsible for the planning, development, organization, integration, administration and evaluation of a comprehensive health care delivery system.
- Develop, establish and direct the implementation and execution of overall policies and procedures for the administration and operation of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with Area Office, Indian Health Service Headquarters, and accreditation guidelines.
- Provides program direction to the key administrative and professional staff members.
- Communicates regularly with organizational departments and programs and Tribal officials.
