Summary
Aptive is seeking a Vice President, Digital Transformation Programs to support project delivery, service offering maturation, and business development activities for our growing portfolio with Healthcare and Federal Civilian Agencies. Aptive has a start-up culture and the responsibilities are both broad and emerging as the business grows. The Digital Transformation business segment fits under Aptive’s Digital and Technology Services Business Unit.
Duties
- Oversee delivery teams executing as both prime and sub-contractor.
- Directly supervise 5-7 Project Managers.
- Develop/refine Aptive’s Digital Transformation service offerings.
- Responsible for P&L of the Digital Transformation business segment.
- Oversee personnel actions within the business segment.
- Responsible for program delivery for both Civil and Defense customers.
- Participate and actively drive revenue generation through both organic and new business growth.
