Melissa Houghton, a corporate growth and business strategy executive, has been selected to become Ventech Solutions’ new Senior Vice President over Growth. Melissa is known for utilizing emerging technologies to help move organizations forward, such as AI, cybersecurity services, IT infrastructure management, and digital transformation services. Melissa’s core strengths lie in consultative sales, profit and loss management, new business development and government contracting and procurement processes.
