Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Emergency Management (OEM) requires incident management software maintenance and technical support for a proprietary software already in use by OEM and to maintain Information Technology security at the designated VHA designation level and subsequent FEDRAMP level (HIGH). The Contractor shall provide shall interface with the designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on system Juvare WebEOC.
