Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology, Application Management Group.
As an IT Specialist (System Analysis/Program Manager), GS-2210-14, you will provide support to leadership and Group personnel, serving as a technical authority, project leader, SME, and principal advisor.
Duties
- Develop new approaches to analyzing and implementing operational policy and program operations through IT solutions.
- Conduct research and solves organizational inefficiencies to increase the effectiveness of the Group.
- Analyze data in order to draw conclusions and identify cause-and-effect relationships to support leadership decisions, recommend a course of action, or solve organizational issues.
- Exercise effective oral and written communication skills to interact with members of a project team, as well as project/program stakeholders at multiple levels.
