Major Duties:
- Develop and communicate project plans and schedule system scope based on cost estimates for new or modified application systems
- Ensure coordination and integration of project management activities into overall program and engineering plans
- Facilitate interchange and communication among staff members, field users, focus groups and senior management
- Participate in future strategic planning budget developing projects
- Manage a variety of high-level IT projects with management, and lead the coordination and execution of critical development activities
