Chris Kagy, an industry professional who led strategic and tactical BD and proposal efforts for a woman-owned, small business in the government IT sector has taken on a new challenge as CIO-SP4 PMO Lead at BD Squared LLC. Chris coordinated the worldwide deployment and support of a distributed performance monitoring and results reporting system with over 300 installations globally used by recipients of US foreign assistance awards.
