HHS OS seeking Director Division of Administrative Operations

Duties

The Director Division of Administrative Operations performs the following duties:

  • Oversees ASFR’s Information Resource Management program.
  • Leads ASFR’s and the Immediate Office’s operations and administrative management activities to meet its needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Serves as ASFR’s primary point of contact for the other Deputy Assistant Secretary offices, leading and coordinating ASFR-wide administrative and operational efforts.
  • Serves as the primary advisor to the DAS Operations and Management on all administrative and operational activities.
  • Oversees the ASFR controlled correspondence, FOIA, and records management programs.
