HHS ACF taps Chief Data Science & Technology Officer

David Storey, a data scientist with seven years of broad-based experience in the Federal government, has taken on a new challenge as Chief Data Science & Technology Officer at the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families. David is proficient in predictive modeling, data processing, and data mining algorithms as well as programming languages including SQL & Python.

Prior roles include:

  • Section Chief-Data Scientist – US Customs and Immigration Services
  • Supervisory Immigration Services Analyst – USCIS
  • Management Program Analyst – USCIS
