Mike Fisherow, a seasoned technology program manager armed with over 15 years of industry experience, has taken on a new challenge as Director, Program Management at ICF. Mike brings a focus on digital transformation and application modernization and has experience in program/project management and business analysis in both Federal and commercial environments with specialties in concurrent workstream management, business process re-engineering and stakeholder engagement.
