Role:
EMI Advisors is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirror the adopted mission and core values of the firm.
The COO will be responsible for:
- Executive Leadership
- Talent Management
- Contracts Management
- Operations and Financial Management
- Firm Culture
The COO will work with EMI’s Chief Strategy Officer to oversee end-to-end contract life cycle management and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
The COO role provides leadership, management, and vision necessary so that the firm has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
This role will serve as a crucial part of shaping and guiding EMI’s growth and success and for building, implementing, and overseeing the firm’s business operations strategy. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style.
