VA RFI: Acquisition support services

“The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Regional Procurement Office – Central (RPOC) has a requirement for Acquisition Support Specialists to assist Medical Sharing, Services and Supplies, Specialized and/or Construction team(s) in work related to procurement for the VA.”

“Contractor shall provide qualified Acquisition Support Specialists to support acquisition requirements in procuring supplies, services, leases, sharing/selling agreements, construction, and clerical work related to procurement for the VA to include but are not limited to providing acquisition support to assist the Network Contracting Office (NCO) specific locations identified herein in person or remotely…”

“The Contractor shall provide multifunctional acquisition support services including all aspects of both pre-award functions, including market research, providing business advice to customers, preparing solicitation and award packages including all related contractual documents, and post-award administration in support of NCO Contracting Officers to assist Medical Sharing, Services and Supplies, Specialized and/or Construction teams…”
