“Concept Plus is seeking a senior high energy, motivated, and competitive Business Development individual to be responsible for leading business development within federal civilian health markets. Health IT is a marquee account for Concept Plus. Duties include full lifecycle opportunity management and building relationships with key customers and partners. This role will report to the Vice President, Business Development.
The BD role is accountable for achieving business development goals that meet or exceed assigned targets. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging strategic opportunities, developing new business, and driving new high value solutions for the federal health market and other potential customers. This role is expected to continuously learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Concept Plus offerings and services, financial drivers and constraints, and develop and maintain both industry and customer relationships that benefit the company.”
Qualifications
- “5 years of successful sales experience as Business Developer in the Federal marketplace
- 5 years of experience using formal sales capture processes
- 4 years of experience working with or selling within the Federal Health IT agencies
- Proven and documented experience closing new business
- Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
- Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making abilities, and a can-do team success mentality
- Ability to interface and collaborate with senior executives
- Strong facilitation and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree”
