“Description of Requirement: On-line software for the scoring and administration of the Youth Outcome Questionnaire (YOQ). Desert Visions currently uses the YOQ to track adolescent’s progress in treatment and to report the results to the governing body quarterly. Software is needed to score the questionnaire and to be able to compile the statistics for the quarterly report.”
