RJ Kolton, armed with perspective gained as an executive for several IT firms, has been recruited by HarmonyTech as Executive Vice Preside (VP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In this new role, RJ oversees corporate operations, to include contracting, finance, human resources, IT, and quality. He also manages and orchestrates corporate growth strategies and BD operations. This includes developing corporate strategic and associated business plans; leading the business development (BD) staff; supervising the BD lifecycle, which consists of account and client management, business capture, and proposal development; managing corporate communications; extending corporate offerings to new market segments and customers; and collaborating with technologists to develop new service solutions.
