VA seeks DevSecOps IT Program Manager

“Major Duties: 

  • Manages program/project management and systems lifecycles to include: Acquisition, development, modification, enhancement, deployment or decommissioning of a product, service or system which may consist of one or more Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), Software as a Service (SAAS), and/or internally developed software business application technologies. 
  • Conducts, or provides oversight for the performance of special studies and analyses for senior VA leadership that has a national impact and/or priority which may receive Congressional and media attention. 
  • Provides oversight for the development of information systems testing strategies, plans or scenarios working with stakeholders and Test and Software Quality Assurance Services representatives. 
  • Leads and resolves project management related issues and risks, working across VA organizations to resolve issues. 
  • Supervises and directs the efficient planning and operation of the program.”
