Leidos recruits Yoseph Asfaw for Chief Technology Officer, Government Health and Safety Solutions/CMS Division

Yoseph Asfaw, an industry leader with experience in design, development and delivery of large scale multi-million dollar enterprise systems, has taken on a new challenge as Chief Technology Officer, Government Health and Safety Solutions/CMS Division at Leidos.

Yoseph’s background includes Business and Enterprise Architecture, Project and Product Management as well as Systems and Process Improvement using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Lean Six Sigma.

In this new role Yoseph is leading Digital Modernization efforts across a large portfolio for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services; overseeing development of best practices in DevSecOps, User Experience and Product Delivery; leading overall technology and solution for new products and services in areas of Infrastructure hosting, managed services, and agile software development; and is focused on bringing together capabilities across verticals to help provide integrated analytical solutions.

Prior roles include:

  • Senior Program Director – TISTA Science and Technology Corporation
  • Program Manager – TISTA Science and Technology Corporation
  • IT Portfolio Manager – Agile Delivery – ActioNet, Inc.
