VA inks $8.7M Learning Content Management System deal

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has inked a 4-year, $8.7M learning content management system deal with SDVOB Minburn Technology Group. The task, which was awarded as a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business set-aside action on the NASA SEWP V contract vehicle, drew one other bidder.
