Jim Carroll, an industry leader with a 30+ year career in Federal government service, business management, marketing, and Federal contracting, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President – Chief Growth Officer at Anika Systems. Previously, Jim led Business Development and Capture across Anika’s Federal-Civilian accounts.
