Armed with a decade of experience in Federal contracting roles with the NIH and VA and recent experience leading procurement efforts for three Acquisition Branch Lines for twenty NIH Clinical Center Departments with an estimated annual spend of over $200 million including several NIH Clinical Center Wide Procurement initiatives, this leader takes on a new challenge with the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families.
