HHS awards $17M contract for OGC online access to legal, news, and business databases

Thomson Reuters has been awarded a four-year, $17M contract to provide the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the General Counsel (OGC) with online access to legal, news, and business databases that are exclusively on the Westlaw legal research platform. They were the only bidder for this contract, which was competed on GSA MAS.
