Lee Becker, an industry leader and former Chief of Staff at the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veterans Experience Office, has taken on a new challenge as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Public Sector at Medallia. Lee brings experience managing highly visible, cost-effective and quality health care, non-medical services, and government customer experience (CX) focused enterprise solutions.
