Christa Zimmerman, armed with Federal Health IT consulting experience gained supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Health and Human Services’ Indian Health Service, has taken on a new challenge at Bixal as Director for the Health Portfolio. Christa brings subject matter expertise in mental health and military populations.
