- Staff Ready platform software service
- 24/7/365 unlimited cloud-access
- Software hosting
- Upgrades and updates
- Unlimited technical support (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT)
- After-hours emergency-only support
- Full training and support of current and new client administrators
- Access to Online Help Center
- Proactive account management Staff
