CMS Sources Sought: Fee-For-Service (FFS) Medicare Price Transparency Enforcement & Compliance

The scope of required work under this task order focuses on activities that require expert, objective, and unbiased support for the development and implementation of the Medicare Price Transparency Project. These activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Project management;
  • Technical development and design using AI;
  • Compliance oversight, monitoring and enforcement activities;
  • Experience with simple and complex contract analysis;
  • Evaluation of e-files and programs containing complex medical and coding data
  • Experience providing written and verbal technical assistance to hospitals regarding compliance violations
  • Compliance communication
  • Experience and expertise with the administrative appeals process
  • Research and analysis;
  • Stakeholder engagement;
  • Identify high-yield, implementable price transparency compliance and enforcement opportunities;
  • Implementation support and technical assistance for monitoring and enforcement activities; and
  • Regulatory support as it relates to compliance and enforcement.
