Kelli Wickline, an industry leader with nine years of diverse experience ranging from program operations and business development to critical infrastructure policy analysis support for the Department of Homeland Security, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Proposal Development at Sierra7. In this new role, Kelli provides expert support, enabling the submission of large, complex Federal proposals spanning numerous Government departments and agencies, such as VA, HHS, DOD, DHS, DOJ, DOT, DOC, and the IC.
