Guidehouse recruits Technology Exec Rod Fontecilla to be Partner, Chief Innovation Officer

Rod Fontecilla, a technology executive with over 28 years of entrepreneurial leadership managing large P&L delivering large and complex strategic programs and experience leading innovation and delivery programs and bringing extensive experience capturing large procurements in both the federal government and commercial sector, has taken on a new challenge as Partner and Chief Innovation Officer with Guidehouse.

Rod brings recent experience leading R&D efforts, as well as helping expand technical capabilities and developing new data products and innovative solutions for customers.

In this new role Rod will be leading innovation programs and expands the innovation agenda to new areas aligned to our client’s vision and missions and working tightly with the growth organization within commercial and federal markets, identifying new opportunities to innovate on behalf of clients and partnering with clients to drive innovation within their businesses.

Prior roles include:

  • SVP, Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Data Scientist – Dovel Technologies
  • Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer – Altamira Technologies Corporation
  • Vice President – Unisys

Guidehouse was named to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
