The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has inked a one-year, $3M deal for Avaya Professional Services (APS) collaboration pod (CPOD) and software licenses. 8(a) SDVOB AATD beat out one other bidder to win the task, which was awarded as an SDVOSB set-aside action using the NASA SEWP V contract vehicle.
