Chuck Foster, an industry leader with experience in business operations, IS&T program management, and VA/DOD IT modernization, has returned to ITCON Services as Director of Business Development.
Chuck brings perspective gained leading the strategic process framework for multiple VA/DoD information technology clinical orders portability related initiatives while facilitating work group meetings that offer support for Navy Medicine key functional program stakeholders at the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center.
Chuck brings a track record of delivering complex web solutions; guiding developer and product owner interactions; clarifying business, technical and creative requirements; performing gap, process and usability analysis; and providing improvements that reduce costs, increase productivity and drive customer and user adoption.
