Eagle Technologies names Andrei Dacu Chief Technology Officer

Andrei Dacu, an industry leader who bridges the gap between the technical, human and managerial aspects in the government Health IT space, has taken on a new challenge as Chief Technology Officer at Eagle Technologies.

In announcing the move, Andrei wrote, “It was my great honor to accept the position of Chief Technology Officer at Eagle Technologies, Inc. In my new role I will drive the right strategic technology direction to support future company growth on sound and modern practices and principles. Combined with a most talented workforce and enabled by our positive culture, it will allow us to continue delivering first class service to our federal partners in support of their missions, and help expedite the government’s ongoing digital transformation.”

Andrei brings experience managing large integrated teams, developing partnerships with strategic technology vendors, and advising on Enterprise, Data and Solutions Architecture, IT Portfolio development, and Agile development matters.

Prior roles include:

  • VP, Health IT Lead Architect – DMI (Digital Management, LLC)
  • Architect, Software Development Manager – DMI (Digital Management, LLC)
  • Principal Software Engineer – Apptis
