“On July 22, 2021, the GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories hosted Industry Day #2 for the new Services Multi-Agency Contract (MAC). More than 1,300 participants attended the virtual event to hear about the results of the second Request for Information (RFI) and get updates on the contract development and next steps.
Responses to questions from the second Industry Day and received through the [PSHC-dev] inbox have been updated in this spreadsheet which can also be found in the “resource” section on the top right of this page. The questions and answers are sorted by common themes to make it easier for stakeholders to navigate. It’s important to note that the responses shared here are considered market research and are pre-decisional.
