VA Sources Sought: OR Workflow Licensing and Software Support

The purpose of this requirement is to initiate a new service agreement/contract for the DSS LiveData PeriOp Planner and Manager platform that is currently being used in the facility. This system is currently covered under a service contract that expires on 10/2/2021. The proposed service agreement/contract would cover all necessary software, application usage maintenance, updates, system enhancement, database management and backup and recovery, for the following time period:  Base year of twelve (12) months from 10/3/21-10/2/22 followed by one (1) option year extending twelve (12) months in length from 10/3/22-10/2/23.

The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, hardware, maintenance, database management, backup and recovery, and support necessary to ensure the DSS LiveData PeriOp Planner and Manager platform functions at full capacity while in use at the facility (to include operating as intended by the manufacturer).
