Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert to the Sales Team, IPT Portfolio Leads, and Deployment Executive for all services within the Service Line Delivery Portfolio
- Define, document, and maintain key processes with VA stakeholders that should be used to guide the deployment of the EHR solution at local VAMCs and regional VISNs
- Identify and develop required job aids, templates, and standards to create consistency and standardization in delivery
- Supervise, train, and mentor engagement management team on key processes and required artifacts needed for deployment.
- Oversee the technical quality of the delivery of the work performed within the Deployment Service Line Delivery Portfolio
- Produce internal and external status and management reports for weekly client meetings
- Responsible for driving delivery efficiencies / cost reductions / performance improvements over time
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of total combined higher education and related work experience
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Federal Contracting experience.
- At least 7 years of people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
- Experience with executive oversight of a large federal government program
- Executive leadership experience
- Experience as a federal contract program manager is preferred, and successful client engagement and interaction is paramount.
- The successful candidate for this role will have had extensive P&L management experience, and built a strong team with a proven track record of success in successful delivery and building business.
