AttainX seeking Business Development Executive PMO Lead, HHS

Business Development Executive PMO Lead assists the business development department meet goals and business results within the company. This position will support business development and capture to ensure a high probability of win on Task Orders within the companies contracts portfolio, GSA MAS and Agency Specific IDIQ’s and BPA’s with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Energy, IRS, DOJ, Navy, Health and Human Service and the Defense Intelligence Agency.

General Duties:

  • Independently identify new business opportunities in the Federal and Civilian agencies.
  • Perform market research to qualify new business opportunities, including analysis of customer budgets, capabilities required, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses.
  • Understand the company’s existing projects to determine the required experience and/or past performance for an opportunity based on the SOW/PWS.
  • Assist the business development team with capture strategies for large opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in business development and capture or 9+ years’ experience in business development and capture
  • Prior experience working with GSA, IDIQs and BPAs
