Dr. Lee E. Payne, an industry leader who most recently served as DOD lead for the Diagnostics and Testing Line of Effort for the DOD COVID-19 Task Force, has taken on a new challenge as Specialist Executive at Deloitte. Read the announcement here.
Prior to the pandemic, Major General Payne served as the MHS Genesis Functional Champion for DHA, and was responsible for the executive oversight and direction of enterprise data governance, enterprise information management/requirements management, and ensuring the success of the new Electronic Health Record.
