Medallia recruits FDA/GSA modernization lead for Senior Director, Solutions Principal, Public Sector

Nina Bianchi, an industry leader who previously worked at GSA’s White House IT Modernization Centers of Excellence and for the Biden Cancer Moonshot initiative, has taken on a new challenge as Senior Director, Solutions Principal, Public Sector at Medallia. In this new role, Nina leads teams that create the capabilities to democratize insights from service front lines to C-suites — using AI and machine learning — at scale.

Prior roles include:

  • Chief of People and Culture, White House IT Modernization Centers of Excellence – FDA
  • Director of Workforce Solutions, White House IT Modernization Centers of Excellence – GSA
  • White House Presidential Innovation Fellow, Biden Cancer Moonshot – National Cancer Institute (NCI)
