VA releases J&A related to COVID Modeling and Consulting Bridge Contract

VA has released a J&A related to its contract with McKinsey & Company for consulting services at Healthcare Operations Center (HOC) at VA Headquarters. The current contract (36E77620C0039) was awarded as an emergency acquisition in March 2020 as part of the COVID-19 response. That contract expired on March 19, 2021. The acquisition package for a new replacement contract is undergoing internal review. Until then VHA needs to continue the services provided by McKinsey, including “ongoing and effective, global healthcare ecosystem focused, COVID-19 epidemiology models and rapid pandemic response options.”

The base period is one month, with an optional one-month extension.
