Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis of substantive workflow gaps.
- Develop end user training content around BPM tools and core competencies.
- Harmonize BPM development with VA informatics teams for use at share service DoD/VA sites.
- Collaborate with J6 and DHA-HI knowledge manager to maintain public facing DoD MHS GENESIS workflow artifacts.
- Support planning and execution of the Current State Workflow Assessment activity for MTF’s ahead of MHS GENESIS deployment.
- Develop project schedule and logistic approach to meet deployment wave requirements to include harmonizing DoD and VHA schedule and shared service nuances.
- Coordinate with MTF staff, DHA faculty and stakeholders on logistic needs, adjustments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing a program
- DoD/DHA Experience Preferred.
- Experience coordinating significant planning efforts for managing of enterprise EHR solutions Preferred
- Experience planning and managing contracts (personnel, schedule, spending)
