The Chief Growth Officer will serve on ASHLIN’s Executive Team and will recommend strategic plans to achieve the company’s goals as they relate to revenue growth and scalability. The ideal candidate shall have a demonstrated track record for developing and executing successful strategies that directly led to year over year corporate revenue growth and the ability to scale business through multiple revenue streams. Candidate will also need to possess extensive experience in business development and contract capture within the Federal Government contracting arena with an intimate knowledge of GWACs such as GSA price schedules and OASIS as well as agency specific IDIQ contracting vehicles.
Responsibilities:
STRATEGY
- Devise revenue growth strategy to increase corporate revenues
- Align ASHLIN’s existing customers, strategic partners, products, services and contract vehicles to support an overarching corporate growth strategy
- Implement leadership approved strategies to raise YoY Corporate Revenue while maintaining profitability growth
GROWTH
- Put ASHLIN on a trajectory to increase current revenues
- Maintain a minimum of a net profit margin.
- Build and manage pipeline of viable business opportunities to support sustained growth
- Identify and address gaps in internal capacity capabilities as a part of revenue growth strategy
- Lead the identification, exploration, and execution of new business ventures
- Lead the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- Preferred: 10 years Business Development within the Federal GovCon Arena
- Track record for executing government contract win strategy to grow revenues by 10x or more
- Portfolio of strategic contacts and business relationships that can immediately be leveraged for new business
- Track record for monetizing Federal GovCon IDIQs as part of a corporate growth strategy
