SAIC recruits former HHS Security Program Lead to serve as a Business Development Director driving HHS Growth

Shannon Dillon, a former GS14 Federal Civilian employee (HHS) with 20 plus years of experience with IT project management, federal procurement, business development, IT sales, proposal capture management, business/budget analysis, contract administration and contract management, leadership skills, has been recruited to serve as a Business Development Director supporting HHS growth with SAIC.

Prior roles include:

  • President/CEO – Z Corp
  • Business Development Manager – Akira Technologies, Inc
  • IT Specialist, Security Program Manager – U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
