HHS taps a permanent CIO, while an HHS/NIH Digital Transformation leader exits

Much of the movement late last week and this weekend was expected with the incoming Administration just days away from starting their tour, to include senior Federal Health leaders and political appointees such as HHS Secretary Azar and the CMS Administrator taking leave, but here we capture a pair of other notable moves, to include HHS pulling the ‘acting’ portion of the title off a CIO and an HHS/NIH Digital transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience in the Federal digital technology space departing to take a VP role with industry.
