CMS taps familiar face as Deputy Director leading the Division of Transparency Programs

Andrew Mack, armed with perspective gained supporting CMS for more than two decades, takes on a new challenge as Deputy Director for the Division of Transparency Programs.

Andrew brings the recent experience he has gained overseeing the implementation of technologies, informatics, data exchange/transparency and reporting for the Open Payments Program and the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP), and as a critical leader of the CMS program integrity initiative, providing oversight to national cross-payer fraud prevention activities.

Prior roles include:

  • Director – Division of Data & Informatics, Center for Program Integrity – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
  • Director, Integrated Services – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
  • Project Manager – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
