Recent Defense Health Agency IT Program Manager retires, launches consultancy

Michael Proscia, an established IT Program Manager who served in several IT leadership roles at Navy Medicine and DHA before retiring, has started his own consultancy.

Michael brings recent perspective providing IT Project Management support for the Defense Health Agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer and managing the procurement of all clinical EUDs for all Air Force, Army and Navy Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) and clinics.

Prior roles include:

  • IT Project Manager – Defense Health Agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer
  • Chief, End User Device (EUD) Office – Defense Health Agency
  • IT Asset Management Department Head – Navy Medicine Information System Support Activity (NAVMISSA)
