Stephen Ruppert, a Program Manager and Organizational Leader with more than 16 years of professional experience working hand-in-hand with Federal customers, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at GAP Solutions.
In this role he supports the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Program Support Center (PSC), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as well as Department of Defense (DoD), Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) for Chemical and Biological Defense (CBD), U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS).
